Is Raisely GDPR Compliant?

Our storage and transmission of data is compliant with the EU's GDPR which are the most stringent privacy regulations in the world.

Customer data stored in Raisely is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS1.2 encryption and is then also encrypted at rest. It’s protected by firewalls and held securely to avoid any unauthorised access to that data. We have more information on our security here: Security at Raisely.

You can find our Data Processing Schedule in our terms as that’s the main governing document (linked under 11.6) https://raisely.com/terms

We’ve made sure though that you can record your lawful basis of processing and consent, if you need to ask for it.

We also support all your obligations and rights under the GDPR (Ie. right to be forgotten requests, erasure requests, data portability)

Currently, you can set up a custom field on the donation form with your privacy notice and asking for consent – the wording and what they're consenting to would depend on what you want to do with that information after they've made their donation.

We’ve added features which allow you to record exactly what was consented, your lawful basis of processing, and the date of both.
