Change a Profile Owner

The profile owner is the person who can log in and control that fundraising profile. They receive donation notifications, and other messages you set up in the Messages section of the admin panel.

Note: Changing the profile owner is different from changing the email address of the profile owner. A profile owner should be an entirely separate person (email + password) in your account.

To edit a profile's owner, go to Profiles from the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the admin panel while inside your campaign, then click into the profile you want to edit:

Next, click on the Edit button at the top right of the screen.

In the window that opens, scroll down to the field called "Select a profile owner". Search for the new owner by name or email and wait for results to show. When they do, select the owner you'd like to use.

Hit "Save Profile" to finish, and confirm the change is reflected under the profile's Owner.
