Re-send a Donation Receipt

Admins are able to re-send the automated donation receipt to supporters. They can also edit the email it is sent to if it has been entered incorrectly, or needs to be sent to someone else.

  1. Go to "Donations" in the left sidebar
  2. Find the donation referenced - the most recent donations are displayed first, but you can find an older donation by searching for the donor's name or email address.
  3. Click the donation so it expands
  4. Where it says "Re-send Receipt", check that the email is correct or change it to the one you'd like to re-send the receipt to.
  5. Click "Re-send"
