New in July 2021

In July we've powered through a whole lot of bugs, while working behind the scenes to get you digital wallets as quickly as possible. Here's what we shipped this month!

Updates

  • Custom fields and addresses in PDF receipts
If you came along to our receipting webinar, you'll remember we promised this! You can add addresses along with any other custom fields (like a company name) to your PDF receipts now.
  • SEO improvements
We've made some small, but important, behind-the-scenes tweaks to help with your campaign SEO. Your campaign sitemaps are now more accurate, and Google will find it even easier to crawl your pages. There's a small update you might notice, the "Meta Title" field has been removed. You just need to set your page title once now.
  • Ending support for IE11
It's time to say goodbye to the black sheep of the browser family, IE11. Not even Microsoft is supporting it now, and prior to removing support only 0.4% of traffic to Raisely visited using the old browser. It's time to pull the plug. The pros? We've been able to shake some baggage and reduce how long it takes to load a Raisely page.
  • We're trialing GA4
We're rolling out a beta integration for Google Analytics 4. Currently it is powering our overall analytics as we learn what the best setup is, then we'll start to make it available to your own accounts.

Bug fixes

  • We've started collecting the DPID for anyone using our Australian-specific address lookup. This might help with your postage bills.
  • We've fixed a bug that stopped matched giving from working when you just wanted to match donations to one profile.
  • We've made it a little easier to add images to blog posts in our rich text editor
  • The total shown on the control panel in your fundraising dashboard is a little more reliable now
  • We've re-added the button to delete a payment gateway, so you can continue to entirely disable donations for your old campaigns.
  • We've update the Page URL field in your profile reports to include a full URL of your fundraisers' profile.
  • If you want to create a field without a label, it will no longer wreak havoc across your campaign. Still, we recommend you create fields with labels.
