Messages: Creating Email Journeys
Message Journeys are an easy way to group messages together when building a supporter flow. They help you see the communication milestones for your campaigns, seperate messages to different audiences, and can help you manage your Messages with greater ease. Let's explore how to setup a journey...

Setting Up a Message Journey
To add a new journey...

- from the Messages sidebar (either Organisation or Campaign), select Add New Journey

Select a Pre-Built Raisely Journey or select
Create from Scratch
- If using a Pre-Built Journey, you can view the flow and then select Select this template.
- If creating from scratch, give your Journey a name and select Create
To add a message to a journey, you can either:
- Select Create Message where you can select your Journey from the dropdown menu... OR
- Select the Add to Journey icon found at the very top of your message (above the Message name).
To remove a message from a journey:
- Simply select the Add to Journey icon found at the very top of your message, and from the dropdown menu select No Journey.
