Setting Up a Message Journey

To add a new journey...

from the Messages sidebar (either Organisation or Campaign), select Add New Journey

Select a Pre-Built Raisely Journey or select Create from Scratch
  1. If using a Pre-Built Journey, you can view the flow and then select Select this template.
  2. If creating from scratch, give your Journey a name and select Create

To add a message to a journey, you can either:

  • Select Create Message where you can select your Journey from the dropdown menu... OR
  • Select the Add to Journey icon found at the very top of your message (above the Message name).

To remove a message from a journey:

  • Simply select the Add to Journey icon found at the very top of your message, and from the dropdown menu select No Journey.
