Campaign Logo

The Campaign Logo acts as a core visual representation of your campaign's brand and should be added while building out your campaign website.

1
From your Campaign Dashboard, go to Design > Brand > Logo
2
To add an image, you can either drag a file from your device into the upload box, or click the box to open up your local file stored on your device. You can also pull assets you have previously uploaded to your Organisation Media
3
Once you're happy with the upload, click on Save Changes

🟢 For the campaign logo, we recommend a minimum dimension of 500px by 500px, ideally transparent PNG format, or SVG. Have plain white version, as well as full colour version if applicable to fit different campaign background styles.

Brand Colour and Secondary Colour

The Brand Colour is the Primary Colour that is used throughout your campaign website and blocks. The Secondary Colour complements the Brand Colour and features as a secondary colour throughout your campaign. We recommend picking a colour that suits your organisation's design theme as it will be used in many elements in the campaign.

1

From your Campaign Dashboard, go to  Design > Brand > Brand Colour or Secondary Colour

2

To change your Brand/Secondary Colour, click on Change or click on the HEX code to type in a new value

3
In the popup that appears, you can click and drag the sliders or key in the RGB value to change the colour. You can repeat Steps 1 to 3 to configure your Secondary Colour
4
Once you're happy, click on Save Changes

🟢 Raisely generates shades of your Brand (i.e. Primary) and Secondary colours to create a wider palette for use throughout the campaign.

Favicon

Favicons are the little icon that sit on the left in your browsers navigation bar or on the window tab. Typically, favicons are always 32px x 32px PNG files.

1

From your Campaign Dashboard, go to Design > Brand > Favicon

2

To add an image, you can either drag a file from your device into the upload box, or click the box to open up your local file stored on your device. You can also pull assets you have previously uploaded to your Organisation Media

3
Once you're happy, click on Save Changes

Campaign Image

The Campaign Image is generally used as the Hero Image on your campaign's home page. Since this is the first image your supporters see when accessing your campaign website, we recommend testing out a few variations to see what works best for different device types.

1

From your Campaign Dashboard, go to  Design > Brand > Campaign Image

2

To add an image, you can either drag a file from your device into the upload box, or click the box to open up your local file stored on your device. You can also pull assets you have previously uploaded to your Organisation Media

3
Once you're happy, click on Save Changes

🟢 For Large Banner Image, we generally recommend the following dimensions: 1:2 ratio (1440 x 720 or 1200 x 600). And for Smaller Banner Images: 8:3 ratio (1440 x 540 or 1280 x 480). We do not recommend including text into the image itself, as it may not appear correctly due to the variations in browser sizes.

Default Profile Image

The Default Profile Image works as a placeholder image when going through the Sign Up Form and setting up a new profile. (Recommended dimensions: 600px by 600px, minimum 300px by 300px)

1

From your Campaign Dashboard, go to  Design > Brand > Default Profile Image

2

To add an image, you can either drag a file from your device into the upload box, or click the box to open up your local file stored on your device. You can also pull assets you have previously uploaded to your Organisation Media

# What's the recommended size for images?

In most instances, the image you upload to the blocks will be automatically optimised for all device views. We have a help guide on Image Dimensions that can come in handy. But in general, we recommend giving yourself time to play around with the blocks to see what works best for the page.
