How will this affect my account?

During this maintenance period, Raisely may be temporarily unavailable. The admin panel, campaign sites, and donation processing might not load properly or could experience delays.

You may not encounter any interruptions at all, but we want you to be prepared just in case. If you have trouble accessing campaign sites, logging into your account, or loading the admin during this time, rest assured this is only temporary.

Your campaigns, data, and donors will remain completely safe. Systems should return to normal once maintenance is completed—possibly even sooner.

What can I do to prepare?

We recommend postponing any major campaign updates or site launches during the maintenance period.

If you have regular donors scheduled for payments during this window, don't worry. These regular donations will be temporarily paused during maintenance and will process automatically once the system is back online.

# How long will my access be affected?

You may not experience any interruptions during the scheduled maintenance. If you do notice issues loading your campaigns or admin panel, these disruptions will be temporary and likely occur only during a small window within the maintenance period.

# Does this just affect admins logging into Raisely?

No, both fundraisers and donors may also temporarily experience difficulty accessing your campaign site(s).

# How can I check whether I have any regular donations scheduled during the maintenance period?

You can create a Regular Donation Schedules Report to confirm which regular donations are scheduled during the window.

# Will my regular donors receive/trigger any unexpected emails?

No worries! When we pause regular donations, we do so without triggering any notification emails. Once maintenance is complete, all donations will resume automatically. Your regular donors won't notice any difference in their giving experience!

It’s unlikely this will cause any significant delays to direct debit regular donors.
