Reporting Types & Templates
Raisely’s data is separated into categories, and it’s these categories that make up the Report Types. Report Types have their own unique core data fields that are used to populate a report. For example, Donation Reports have core fields based on donations processed with each donation assigned it’s own row within the report. Each Report Type has pre-built templates to help you speed up the process in creating the right report.
Below you can find a list of these Report Types with the available templates to use.

Reporting on all transactions (donations & tickets) made across all/selected campaigns. Primarily helpful to gain insights into campaign totals, donor profiles, accounting, ticketing, etc.

Using Other Data Fields for a Report
Raisely's Report Builder gives you the flexibility to place various data fields in your report from other data categories. This allows you to add new fields within different report templates, creating the reports you need.
Fields from other categories are available if there is a relationship found. For example,
Receipts are a relation of
Donations, as every donation contains a corresponding receipt. If there is no relation, then the fields will not be available to use in that report.
💡To note, when using fields from other Types, you will not have access to
filtering for those fields.

# Why can't I access filters on the field I'm using?
Filtering is only possible on core fields for the Report Type you have chosen. If you add fields from other types, filtering will not be available.
