Org Settings: How to Upgrade to Raisely Pro

Upgrading via the Supporter Management Tool page

The first place you can choose to upgrade is through your Raisely Supporter Management Tool (i.e. "People" tab).

When you first login to your Raisely Account, you'll land on your Organisation Dashboard. Click on the People tab to launch your Supporter Management Tool

At the top of the page, you'll see a  ★ icon next to the Messages button. Hover over this and a pop up should appear that says Learn More. Click on this and another pop-up should appear that gives you an overview of the core features

On the new pop-up, select Try Raisely Pro for free and you'll be brought to an interface where you can key in your billing details. Remember to select the correct billing cycle (i.e Monthly/Yearly) at the top right hand corner of the interface

Once you have filled in all your details, select Start your free trial to finalise your upgrade to Raisely Pro

Upgrading via the Messages Interface

You can launch the Messages interface from either your Organisation Dashboard or from within your Campaign Dashboard.

From either Dashboard, click on Messages

At the top right hand corner of the page, you'll see a ★ icon next to the Create Message button. Hover over this and a pop up should appear that says Learn More. Click on this and another pop-up should appear that gives you an overview of the core features

On the new pop-up, select  Try Raisely Pro for free and you'll be brought to an interface where you can key in your billing details. Remember to select the correct billing cycle (i.e Monthly/Yearly) at the top right hand corner of the interface

Once you have filled in all your details, select Start your free trial to finalise your upgrade to Raisely Pro

Managing your Raisely Pro Subscription

You can easily manage all your subscriptions and view your past and present invoices within Raisely's Stripe integration page.

From your Organisation Dashboard, go to Settings > Billing > Manage subscriptions

Within the Raisely x Stripe integration page, you'll see all of your billing details and also any plans you are subscribed to

Select Cancel Plan if you'd like to cancel your Raisely Pro Subscription

# Do I need Raisely Pro to create tags and segments within my Supporter Management Tool?

If you have less than 2000 user records, you do not need to have a Raisely Pro subscription to create segments and apply tags. However, without Raisely Pro you will not be able to set up custom messages.
